Mir Café has got the first place for “The best fish plate of Easter” nomination.
Year after year there is a special “Easter miracle” competition which is held as part of the Easter celebration.

For now, it had already been the tenth time for it to take place under the roof of MTV-Center where quite vast assortment of original cuisine was offered. There were huge amounts of Easter cakes, meat, fish plates and colored eggs.

We decided not to participate with “restaurant hits”, but to make any dish a delightful dainty for family dinner.

Italian Restaurant MYA offered the goat-fish baked with Atlantic salmon and covered in Parmesan cheese. Also there were baked quails and ducks stuffed with prune and pistachio with the leek housing.

Mir Café chef followed the best traditions of Easter meals preparation. She cooked some Easter pies and cakes under the covering of whipped cream.

“Crown dish” turned out to be the sturgeon stuffed with salmon and pike perch. It was assumed to be an absolute winner as the guests had purchased it almost instantaneously, as a main adornment of the meals.
