Alla, MIR Café’s chef, was fortunately invited to the cookery workshop of banquet cuisine expert of Saint-Petersburg. The milky pork (less the bone) stuffed with tongue, ham and pistachio, lamb hock, fruit plate as a dessert. Chefs from the whole Volga region will be able to perfect their skills of “wedding cuisine” for a few days. Actual trends of cookery, new dishes and serving issues give birth to a premium class chef. So far, workshops for your wedding table will be held on July.
